Promotion Terms and Condition

Promotion Period:
The promotion runs from January 31, 2026 through February 6, 2026. Appointments and tax filings must occur within this timeframe to qualify.

Eligibility:
This promotion is open to individuals 18 years or older who file their 2025 tax return with JLS Tax & Accounting Firm (JLS TaxPros) during the promotion period. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of JLS TaxPros are not eligible to participate.

Automatic Entry for Existing Clients:
If you are an existing client of JLS TaxPros and have already completed your tax return for 2025, your name will be automatically entered into the giveaway.

Referral Entry:
Clients who refer someone to JLS TaxPros during the promotion period will receive one additional entry into the giveaway. This additional entry can be combined with the referral fee if applicable.

Offer Details:
Clients who book and complete a tax preparation appointment during the promotion period will receive a FREE personalized tax plan. The basic tax filing preparation fee is $399.99, which covers standard individual returns. This fee does not include bank fees.

Additional forms, including but not limited to Schedule C, Schedule E, Schedule F, or other specialized forms, will incur an additional fee added to the $399.99 base price. The tax plan and filing fee cannot be transferred or substituted.

Giveaway Entry:
Each completed tax filing during the promotion period earns one entry into the giveaway drawing. Automatic entries and referral entries are included as described above. Multiple filings by the same individual do not qualify for additional entries beyond these provisions.

Prize Details:
One winner will receive a 70” Smart TV and sound bar. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected on February 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM on the JLS Tax Pros Facebook Page. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of filing or referral. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:
This promotion is void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and release JLS TaxPros from any liability related to participation or prize use.
